DESIGN CONCEPT
House Van Der Westhuizen is situated in Croydon Olive Estate, Somerset West. It was a new house completed in 2016.
The house had to reflect the eclectic style of the client. It is the perfect blend between Contemporary and Traditional Style. One of the main requirements was the separate guest bedroom downstairs to give guest privacy but still feel that they part of the house. All the other bedrooms are upstairs with a second TV room/ study area for the kids.
Our favourite aspect of the house: The kitchen with the mix of finishes and textures.
