DESIGN CONCEPT
House Hanekom is situated in Schonenberg Estate, Somerset West. It was a new house, completed in 2015.
The main concept was a courtyard house with all the rooms leading out to the pool area. The kitchen is the heart of the house at the centre of the design. Multiple living and entertainment rooms are positioned around the courtyard to accommodate the clients’ lifestyle. It still needed to be a comfortable family home that is practical and aesthetically pleasing.
