DESIGN CONCEPT
Theron Du Plessis is situated in the Somerset Mall business precinct, Somerset West. It was a complete internal renovation of an existing commercial space and was completed in 2017.
Previously the space was used as a tile showroom, so it was a very vast space not suitable for an accounting practice. The layout was changed according to the client’s needs; creating a reception, boardroom, guest WC and multiple offices, including a large open plan office. A filing store, kitchenette and staff WC’s were also added. The office has a contemporary look and feel to reflect the dynamic approach of the company.
Our favourite aspect of the project: The chunky joinery in the Guest WC and boardroom.
